这水平的英语写出来就是丢人现眼，语病一大堆，而且措辞非常幼稚，你看第一句
"her rule of law and liberty got worse overtime"
笑死人了，首先最起码是over time （overtime那是加时赛或者加班）
第二，请愿是书面语也要给美国人民留点好印象，至少也要说
"her rule of law and human rights conditions deteriorated significantly over the following years"
这种小学生水平作文还请愿…… incredible
