同蛋炒飯AIDS的最大特點（幾乎也是唯一的症狀）就是攻擊免疫系統，而且HIV病毒找的就是免疫細胞，所...
誰說艾滋病毒不會被免疫系統攻擊的？感染艾滋病毒初期免疫系統會攻擊消滅大部分艾滋病毒，部分患者會表現出流感症狀，然後疾病進入潛伏期。
