实际上四年前就是这么干的，之所以没成功大概是因为川普是真正的黑天鹅，他们当时都没想到川普能赢。
历史上的选举，这类擦边球也是非常多的。见到选票作弊就高呼民主要完专制必胜，怕还是少见多怪。
一个决定最高权力的选战，会有人完全按照规则去打？
