这条新闻很不严谨。首先，马斯克为什么有权力关闭一个政府机构或者至少是政府机构的网站？马斯克的政府效率部只是一个顾问机构，理论上他只能建议川普或者川普政府去做某事，他自己是无权关闭政府机构的。
其次，这条新闻举的USAID滥用经费的例子“第一项：给塞尔维亚150万美元在工作场合促进DEI......第四项：3万2千元给秘鲁开发变性喜剧书籍”和“2025年USAID 的年度预算420亿美金”的总数不匹配。我们可以看到，第一个例子只有150万美元，到第四个例子就只剩下3万2千美元了。出于辩论的常识考虑，这里川普团队举得例子应该是数额最大或者最具代表性的滥用经费的例子，但他们举的这些例子加起来也只有160万美元多一点和USAID 的年度预算420亿美金之间存在巨大的数量级差异。因此，基于川普团队举的例子，我们可以推断滥用的经费只占USAID 预算的很小一部分。因此，目前这条新闻提供的证据不足让人担心因为一小部分经费的滥用就关停整个部门是否是合适的。

我只是指出这条新闻里不合逻辑且容易产生误导的地方。这条新闻最好的证明USAID应该关闭的方法是举出这些荒唐的例子，并且统计出这些荒唐的例子占总支出的比例。而这条新闻显然没有做关键的第二点。特别是他们在不公布这些荒唐的例子占总支出的比例的前提下，又紧接着在这些例子后面附上了总支出的数字。这其实是很常见的故意误导他人的手段。读者很可能误以为所有420亿支出都是和上述例子一样的。在新闻的客观性上，这条新闻是很不合格的。

太抽象了，难怪这个世界现在有这么多奇奇怪怪的人，原来是奇奇怪怪的经费太多了，把这个一断就该老实点了，至少和抽象群体利益有一点关联但关联不高的可以安静了😅
