德州 SB17 法案在德州参议院以24:7通过,现交德州众议院审核投票
该法案禁止包括中国在内的几个敌对国家公民和居民在德州购买大部分类型的房产和地产,自住房也只能买一套。绿卡和美国公民不受限。

This Texas bill restricts the purchase or acquisition of real property by certain foreign individuals and entities from countries identified as national security threats by U.S. intelligence.
Key Provisions:
1. Designated Countries:
• Applies to countries named in the three most recent Annual Threat Assessments by the U.S. Director of National Intelligence.
2. Prohibited Buyers:
• Governments of designated countries.
• Organizations headquartered in, controlled by, or owned by individuals from designated countries.
• Individuals domiciled in or acting on behalf of such governments.
3. Property Covered:
• Includes all types of real estate in Texas—agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial, plus mineral rights and water rights.
4. Exceptions:
• U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (even if originally from a designated country).
• Personal residence property.
• Short-term leaseholds (less than 100 years).
5. Enforcement:
• The Texas Attorney General can sue to seize property purchased in violation.
• A receiver can be appointed to manage and sell the property.
• Sale proceeds, minus costs and liens, go back to the violating buyer.
6. Investigatory Powers:
• The Attorney General may issue subpoenas and conduct investigations.
• The Secretary of State must assist with identifying ownership/control structures.
7. Effective Date:
• Applies to property acquisitions on or after September 1, 2025.

比如我知道信息业 像amazon 在西雅图就有的
德州近些年开始蓝起来 也是由于加州等地的人口外流
话说回来就是 这些地区的中国人 大概率是有工作签证 即绿卡 或者入了籍的
要防止像薄熙来在法国枫丹白露买房的那种情况 我觉得还是想多了
