I guess that's the cultural clash in difference places.
Poking at testicles is a bit surprising but it shows the intimate bond between friends or brothers, and usually this excludes females, so it is a brotherhood, manhood or boyhood sentiment. The British really doesn't take this well at all. (usually it is perceived as ultimate hostility. they say polite boys fight with hands and fists, and when the rules are broken, they bust balls at each other. and I heard it often in motorsports)

I think you need to have better protection of yourself against abusive languages... otherwise the cost to inflict damage is too low
