川普和日本达成贸易协议 对日本征收15%关税
We just completed a massive Deal with Japan, perhaps the largest Deal ever made. Japan will invest, at my direction, $550 Billion Dollars into the United States, which will receive 90% of the Profits. This Deal will create Hundreds of Thousands of Jobs — There has never been anything like it. Perhaps most importantly, Japan will open their Country to Trade including Cars and Trucks, Rice and certain other Agricultural Products, and other things. Japan will pay Reciprocal Tariffs to the United States of 15%. This is a very exciting time for the United States of America, and especially for the fact that we will continue to always have a great relationship with the Country of Japan. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

On rice, Akazawa said Japan will maintain the 770,000 tons of tariff-free quota imports, but will increase the ratio of U.S. rice within that range.
Japanese companies will make up to $550 billion worth of investment into the United States, Ishiba said, to “to build a resilient supply chain in key areas of economic security,” including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, steel, shipbuilding, critical minerals, aviation, energy, automobiles, AI, and quantum technology. Tokyo will utilize state backed institutions such as the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, or JBIC, to make investments or guarantee loans.
Takahide Kiuchi, executive economist at Nomura Research Institute said that the 15% tariff would reduce Japan’s GDP by 0.55% in total. That is less than the 0.85% reduction that would result from a reciprocal tariff of 25
