聯署要求行政長官特赦五警 Petition for pardon of criminal offences of the 5 convicted Policemen

為著團結香港, 止暴制亂, 保護警察在執行職務可使用適當武力, 我們聯署要求特首行使基本法第四十八條第十二款的特赦權, 免去五警: 分別為總督察黃祖成, 高級督察劉卓毅, 警長白榮斌, 警員陳少丹和關嘉豪的刑事案底, 並可以繼續在警隊服務及保留一切警員可享有的退休福利! 由於五人已服刑滿兩年, 已受到法律制裁, 理應獲得特赦! In order to unite together against violence and protect our Police to execute their reasonable force during their duty, we urge our Chief Executive to exercise her power to pardon the criminal offences of the 5 convicted policemen under Article 48 Clause 12 of Basic Law and allow them to continue their services in The HK Police and protect their basic retirement benefits! Since they have served a 2-year sentence and be punished by law already, it is time to pardon them!
