目前看來是凍結中共官員在美資產、制裁中資企業、嚴審中共官員赴美簽證，如果取消香港的特殊關稅待遇，美國企業也會受創，因為很多美企的亞洲重要據點都設在香港，所以美國商會應該會對川普施壓。
