恶法程序启动(见前文)—标志着榨取性结构(Extractive Regime)到暴力制度化的转折. 暴力成为唯一的规则. 合法伤害权意味着 “被压榨者”在逻辑和身份上完成了奴隶到“统治基石”置换. 整个结构在依靠内耗,以及优化“分配恐惧‘维系的诡异的“稳固”.
恐惧消灭了中间层,所有不确定性和差异性 以最低成本达成上下共谋的“维稳”结果,皆大欢喜但代价巨大——“奴隶们”向未来借贷自己的生存权(以及发展权),道德及社会资源暂时换来的苟安最终会透支过度而不可避免走向结构性崩溃。

Only one rule remains: violence—violence as the sole source of power.
This marks the start of institutionalized harm, where power is reduced to licensed injury.
The less things make sense, the more the system depends on forced compliance.
Morality drains out.
Here lies the paradox:
the more extreme the violence, the stronger its manufactured legitimacy; the lower the cost of rule, the more stable the power.
Those confined to a “slave position” begin to justify coercion as necessary and inevitable. Obedience is reframed as “choice,” while dissent was counted by mutual accusation, surveillance, and self-censorship. Resistance turns inwards - the governed becoming the cheapest instrument of stability.
Power, like an intoxicant, corrupts both the extracting class and the extracted/the preyed-upon. Their coerced complicity produces an illusion of prosperity and stability.while this “stability” comes at a heavy price in long run: the gradual depletion of the very societal reserves required for regeneration
