Karpatka is like a Polish version of vanilla slice, or millefeuille, only instead of the puff pastry, you have layers of choux pastry.


I realized I like Napoleon Tort quite a lot, which is a Russified version of Napoleonka, itself a relative of Karpatka....

Okay so am I still possible to undo the Russified issue?   (yet, Karpat clearly refers to Carpathian Mountains but itself shared with Ukraine and Moldova today)  I guess the world vision needs a lot of revisions then.....
