现在收着55% 的关税不香么 谈不谈没什么大意义
美国知道中国谈判就是拖延时间即使签字也能不执行 现在美国也是拖时间 肯定要拖到所有国家都谈完了再来收拾中国 至于中国为什么还没有一棒子打死也是看在稀土和企业还没撤完的份上 中美都需要buy time 都没想真心谈
