嗯……监狱也是消耗纳税人资源的地方，毕竟是养着犯人啊，除非是送她去穷山恶水，没什么政府资助的监狱
川普去跟金家達成個協議，朝鮮收十個中國人，美國捐贈一噸大米。有這樣的協議，美國政府支付一噸大米，就可以把抓到的中國間諜或類似人員押去朝鮮牢房，會大大減輕這類諜戰人員數量吧。
