现在真的觉得生而为中国人真是耻辱，请问大家怎么看
最近这几年这种想法越来越明显了。而且这个不在于我怎么想，只要我会说中文，别人就永远会觉得我是中国人。在国外呆几年，看到在公共场合大声喧哗，不遵守公共秩序的中国人，我自己都有一种羞耻感，再加上国外关于中国的新闻都是负面的，其实也不是他们报道成负面的，但是建立在事实上的新闻出了墙再看就觉得很荒诞。也不是针对亚裔的歧视问题，因为我感觉西方国家对日本韩国台湾香港东南亚人没有什么大规模的歧视，大部分歧视他们也都是因为把他们当成了中国人，当然也是因为其他亚洲国家没有这种经常性的负面新闻出现。
总而言之就是对于自己是个中国人这件事感觉很耻辱。经常觉得自己要是日本人韩国人或者台湾人香港人就好了，到底是造了什么孽要出生在中国。
请问有没有人和我有一样的想法？这种心态是不是不健康？要怎么克服呢？

PRA halts application processing amid influx of Chinese ‘retirees’

The Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) indefinitely suspended processing applications for new Special Resident Retiree's Visas (SRRVs) starting October 23.
The PRA made the move after it was revealed during Senate budget deliberations that the PRA had been allowing foreign citizens as young as 35 years old to retire in the country.
It was Senators Nancy Binay and Richard Gordon who questioned the policy after it was confirmed by PRA General Manager and Chief Executive Officer Bienvenido Chy that there were 27,678 Chinese retirees in the Philippines—the highest number among over 100 nationalities who chose the country as their retirement destination.
“The public is hereby advised that the acceptance and processing of applications for new SRRV is suspended beginning 23 October 2020 until further notice pending the ongoing review of the SRVV Program and the PRA’s compliance with the directives set forth by the Philippine Retirement Authority's Board of Trustees (BOT) during the Board Meeting held on October 23, 2020,” the PRA said in a statement.
仅仅是暂时suspend retiree visa的申请，谁也没说以后不能办。菲律宾一直是欢迎大陆人对retiree visa的申请，毕竟这是一大财源，也能吸收投资，一堆福建籍的赌场老板会拿钱摆平这件事的。
