投诉理由：【禁蓄意虚构新闻】有证据或者自己承认是有意误导其他用户相信虚构新闻
详情：多次誤導其他用戶相信虛構新聞
他說"仍在調查舞弊不等同某人不可以否定有大規模舞弊"
但以傳媒的標準來說. 還沒有定論的事情, 就不應該用否定句, 否則就是誤導
但他以這種誤導式的說法, 去為AP這個主流傳媒的fake news 洗白
AP 的topic:
"Barr says no widespread election fraud",
已經是引導讀者去"已有結論"的方向去看
但Catherine Herridge, CBSNews Senior Investigative Correspondent, 的澄清, 是:
"Some media outlets have incorrectly reported that the Department has concluded its investigation of election fraud and announced an affirmative finding of no fraud in the election. "
重點是在"還沒有concluded its investigation of election fraud". 在證明還沒有結論下, 去說"Barr says no widespread election fraud", 就是蓄意誤導.
