为什么有人厚颜无耻颠倒黑白的声称台湾应当独立？

开罗公告“The Cairo Declartion” 原文如下：
The Three Great Allies are fighting this war to restrain and punish the aggression of Japan. They covet no gain for themselves and have no thought of territorial expansion. It is their purpose that Japan shall be stripped of all the islands in the Pacific which she has seized or occupied since the beginning of the first World War in 1914, and that all the territories Japan has stolen from the Chinese, such as Manchuria, Formosa, and The Pescadores, shall be restored to the Republic of China. Japan will also be expelled from all other territories which she has taken by violence and greed. The aforesaid three great powers, mindful of the enslavement of the people of Korea, are determined that in due course Korea shall become free and independent.

黑体加粗字大意为日本自 1914 年第一次世界大战开始以来在太平洋上占领的所有岛屿，以及日本从中国窃取的所有领土，满洲，福尔摩沙（即台湾）以及澎湖列岛，交还给中华民国。


当然肯定会有人反驳，交还给中华民国不代表交还给中国，在我看来这完全是文字游戏，因为彼时中国的正当统治者是中华民国，而非清政府，但是土地是从清政府治下的中国夺走的，而清政府已经灭亡，所以由中华民国代为接受让这些领土重归中国。

所以台湾在法理上属于中国，无论共产党政权是否倒台；与其争论台湾是否属于中国（已证实），值得争论的是到底哪个政权实际合法统治中国，现在的民进党政权肯定不能说合法统治中国，因为他们只认台湾及金马，而不认大陆。
