Prof. Xia tweets: "The blind man rides a blind horse, and they will fall into a pit." See the attached screenshot. It is OK to criticize other people's political views. However, in this country, insulting a person with blindness by mocking his disability is totally unacceptable. This is beyond politics and beyond the bottom line. 

As a public university, CUNY shall not tolerate such discriminative speeches. Prof. Xia must be punished for humiliating people with blindness. CUNY shall take action before Prof. Xia raises more anger among the public.
