公安的技侦是怎么实现没有密码又能拿到手机里的短信内容照片等数据的，还是理论上拿不到？仅限苹果和原生安卓。

android用rsa算法加密，無密鑰無法解密，就是開機輸入的pw。開機後進入系統，輸入pw才完成解碼，類似linux開機，boot into os，但 /home/ directory要解密
samsung有knox熔斷晶片，iphone有專門管理加解密和儲存指紋face id的晶片

一般直接和你要密码的，国产安卓手机有厂商留的后门，苹果的话，最新系统是没问题的，只要你不开云服务之类的。谷歌pixel没问题。
