mortgage fraud和insurance fraud是同类，不过司法部应该两个罪名一起起诉才对
如果真有case当然可以，没有的话一起上一起被throw out。之前搞Lisa Cook也是用类似罪名。而且存在很严重的选择性执法的问题。

对的，这就是拿司法做骚扰，就像搞鲍威尔一样，没事找事
普通法系非常吃判例，如果以前类似的案子都是dismiss的话，这样的案子也大概率dismiss，除非相关法律有重大修改
