6月13日，来自江苏淮安的17岁女孩获喜讯，以全球排名12的成绩入围数学竞赛决赛，成为赛事历来首个打进决赛的中专生。组委会公布的决赛名单显示，此次晋级的801名选手中，多数来自清华、北大、麻省理工、剑桥等名校。
据了解，姜萍所学习的专业是服装设计，但对数学非常痴迷，在课余时间始终坚持自学，曾花了2年自学偏微分方程。
怎么看这个新闻，有点阴谋论，我个人觉得是不是为了中专学院分流或者为中考考生分流，更好地减少由于人口增多带来的学习资源匮乏，虽然才一个，但是后续我觉得会报道更多关于中专生的，前段时间我也看到一个中专生考研考博成功，这是巧合吗？

Whaaaa, 高等数学 from 同济大学出版社？That seems like almost a scam, I mean the book, which can't really prove you've been anywhere on math, sadly.
Principles of Mathematical Analysis by Rudin is also for beginners(it's a transitional reading toward graduate level like 10 years ago, but now top-tiered universities make it for young undergraduates) which takes almost no precedent knowledge to understand, because everything is defined and proved from zero(American students will learn real analysis in advance though). But considering that's lots of stuffs, it's indeed more suitable as a proof for the girl's talent. However, I yet think reading college level books is more like showcasing the ability to understand certain new things, meanwhile a result in contest can better explain reasoning competence, which is generally what people call "math talent".
The thing is, I just found the name of the contest "阿里巴巴数学竞赛".....
