全境建立货真价实的边境墙和驱逐全部非法移民到底哪个花费高，我不知道，但是如果只是驱逐而不建墙，等于守着粪坑打苍蝇。
我觉得首先应该先建墙，全境建上无法翻越的墙。为了省钱可以引进便宜的中国劳工，甚至可以招募境内非法移民充当劳工，墙完成后有机会获得大赦的资格。
然后墙建好了，看钱预算还够不，够就开始遣返境内非法居民，不够的话可以搞一次大赦，可以根据预算来决定是否采用抽签制。

I also think we shall curb the southern border tighter, but at the same time legal permit of asylum seekers into our country needs to be more generous. What if some of them wanna stay regardless of court's decision? Well, we can demand them to buy return tickets before they get the visas, and require them to submit materials for application upon arrival, after which AI will decide if they're qualified to leave the airport and gain more time for the upcoming judicial affairs. Then, the group of people concerned will be way smaller than the current undocumented population, and any possible violation of laws can be better handled.
