你可以想象的，即使美墨两国在边检方面良好合作，美墨边境的非法偷渡人数仍然会比美加边境多得多，这是天然属性。所以呢，如果美国要对加拿大的边境问题施加压力，那墨西哥方永远不可能完成目标
而如果美国只是要加拿大表态，那就纯粹是占嘴皮子便宜了
