BBC猜想，和前几天的印度-英国贸易协议相比，这可能不会是一个多重要的协议，原因是：
川总没那么大权限（至少现在没）。
更可能看到的是一份涉及有限范围的框架协议，10%的普遍关税可能暂时保留，因为：
太急了，现在实在谈不完。
英国这边可能就是先为了解决汽车关税，然后斯塔莫也需要上上头条，和某人一样宣布一个无关痛痒的成就。
