个人观点，老川普对疫情的反应可以仁者见仁智者见智，不过WHO的责任是无法逃避的，尤其在其他西方国家的断航决策上，谭书记的影响是巨大的。这是一个迟到的决定。

The United States is suspending funding to the World Health Organisation while the Trump administration studies what Donald Trump called the group's "disasterous" role in "covering up" the outbreak of the coronavirus in China, the president announced Tuesday evening.
"The reality is the WHO failed to obtain, vet and share information in a timely fashion," Mr Trump said. "The WHO failed in its basic duty and must be held accountable."
"Tremendous amounts of time" were "lost" due to what Mr Trump called the WHO's slowness. He is being accused of ignoring warnings from his own intelligence agencies of the virus's severity, and his own plodding an ineffective response.

有一个问题是这美国也太离谱了为什么会有60万的感染，2个月他们是瞎了吗，真以为在自由的国度病毒就长了...
美國有他的社會的問題，一來美國有很多全世界旅行的人，二來國内旅行的也很多。防疫的最大問題是他們的醫療不是免費，有些窮人就算有毛病也不去看病，寧願當作感冒處理。美國的社會雖然窮富差別大，但公共設施誰都在用，因此病毒還是會傳開。
病毒類型恐怕也是最多樣的，他們1月封關當時只是對中國，但持綠卡或本國人還能從世界各地回去。2月爆發的國家我感覺是可能是還能和中國直航的，3-4月的是從中國帶到一個國家，然後那個國家帶去美國（我猜的，沒證據，僅參考用）。
