美国参议院通过法案，把所有的《流氓中国公司》全部从美国股市踢出
美國動作挺快，參院今天已通過一項法案，從美國股市剔除所有拒絕接受審計監管的中國公司。
法案写的清楚，如果你们不想让我们监督，你们就没有资格列在美国的股市！
注：《流氓中国公司》不是我杜撰的，而是参议院法案就是这么写的。

很好啊，不過其實可以再嚴格一點。
這兒上頭說要遞交SEC審查才能入市，其實看語句的意思是入市內三年一定要遞交報告。也就是允許公司三年拒絕被審查，要拒絕了三次才能把他們的名字從股市上抹去。像瑞幸這類衝短期做空盈利的公司，三年已經可以造成不少破壞了，不如半年提出一次審查，至少一年半就可以踢走。已經在美國上市不止3年的，一年內交不出審查報告馬上踢，這樣好像嚴格一些。

"And if you refuse not once, not twice, but three times -- if over a three-year period, each of those three years, the company says, 'You cannot audit my audit,' then they can no longer be listed."
