这个''家人''并没有讲清楚啊...父母&子女是当然的，甚至祖父母&孙子女也可以理解，亲兄妹也算吗?我哥就是个党员。(只是个政治面貌)emmm问题是，与其说他是我哥不如说是最仇恨的人吧。我也知道这个法案八字还没一撇，但是想想就好气啊，呵这位大爷帮不上忙不要紧，从小到大一直在给我添乱，可以说我深受其害。emmm如果在这个问题上还要被他拉后腿的话...我可能要控制一下我探向小刀的小手手...总之我觉得这个还是很复杂啦...一定要包括兄弟姐妹这种家人的话，最好还是要到一定级别(比如副厅级)才执行啊...否则的话就太不为我们这些人考虑了诶
