端点星案情况更新和报道跟踪
案件起源： 主要摘自matters上的端点星的宇宙好友
在北京工作的公益志愿者蔡伟、陈玫和蔡伟女友小唐三人于 4 月 19 日同时失去联系。三人的家人、朋友和工作单位几经打听和报警，才得知失联当日，他们被公安机关带走了。
蔡伟及女友小唐两人被发现失联后，身在外地的父母曾报警，警察说没有消息。两人的朋友到两人住处敲门无人回应，想带开锁师傅开门，却被物业阻止；朋友打电话给辖区警察局，被告知说人不在里面。
4 月 23 日至24 日，蔡伟及女友小唐的家属陆续收到来自北京市公安局朝阳分局的指定居所监视居住通知书。据两人通知书内容所示，蔡伟被以涉嫌寻衅滋事罪为由执行指定居所监视居住；女友小唐则被以涉嫌寻衅滋事、包庇罪为由同样在指定居所监视居住中。5月22日，在陈玫被北京警方带走22天后，家属终于收到陈玫涉嫌寻衅滋事罪而被拘留的通知，警方解释陈玫地址有误。

通知书上只盖了分局章，信封上留的手机号永远无人接听，律师多次联系朝阳分局的法制、刑侦、治安、督察部门，查找了几天，愣就是没查着。刑警让找属地派出所，属地派出所让律所拿法院通知才给查(这纯粹是雷死人不偿命的霸气)；督察大队称会反映给法制支队，但法治支队是否回复律师他就管不着了，柔弱得没有一点督察气势。
根据陈玫堂哥陈纯一在推上公布消息， 陈玫蔡伟两人将在七月下旬被提议公诉， 目前两个人都被政府强制指派官方律师，但各自的家属早已聘请了辩护律师，蔡伟家属聘请了李国蓓律师，陈玫家属聘请了梁小军律师。家属聘请的两位律师至今仍然没有见到当事人， 两人的辩护权被变相剥夺。
陈玫的官方直排律师是北京市中洲律师事务所的南波和刑琦， 蔡伟的官方律师是东环律师事务所的刘南征和方志， 这四位官方律师的信息在网络上都可以找到。
蔡伟和陈玫为好友，业余热心参与公益志愿活动，他们也是“端点星”网站的志愿者，网站以备份新闻类内容为主，备份文章来自国内的各大主流媒体、门户网站和微信、微博等。新冠病毒疫情爆发时，该网站有疫情相关文章的备份，发布了疫情动态，保存了疫情记忆。
- 蔡伟，湖北人，1993年生，原在北京某互联网公司工作，2015年本科毕业于中央财经大学，2018年硕士毕业于清华大学社会学系。大学期间，蔡伟参与过大学生通识教育夏令营，也在一些青少年教育活动中做义工。
- 陈玫，陕西人，1993年生，2016年毕业于华南农业大学。被带走前在北京某公益机构工作。大学期间，他就热心公益，曾为大学生公益活动筹集书籍、组织公益讲座等。
- 小唐，安徽人，1990年生，硕士毕业于北京大学社会学系。
