欧盟各国在取消国籍的问题上都有着哪些规定？
西班牙：
按照西班牙宪法规定，没有任何一个出生时即为西班牙人的公民能在违反他个人意愿的情况下被剥夺国籍。但是如果不满18岁的西班牙人在获得双重国籍的情况下，又在3年内没有正式做出过保留西班牙国籍的意向表示，他们将失去西班牙国籍。
法国：
015年11月，巴黎发生严重恐怖袭击事件。第二年，法国政府推出一项不无争议的计划，准许收回与恐怖分子有关联的法国人的护照并将他们驱逐出境。在法国只有不是出生时就获得法国国籍的法国人可以被取消国籍。这与西班牙不同。在西班牙，"对国家不忠"或者叛国是被取消国籍的理由。
波兰：
情况与西班牙类似。出生时就获得波兰国籍的波兰人不能被取消波兰国籍。放弃波兰国籍的波兰人需要提出个人申请。每一份申请都需要得到波兰总统的批准。欧盟国家当中只有波兰、瑞典和克罗地亚三个国家不会在发现入籍者以欺诈的方式获得国籍后取消他们的国籍。
意大利：
拥有双重国籍的意大利人很容易放弃意大利国籍。被取消国籍则需要满足一些条件，例如被取消国籍者为敌国"服务"，或者在与意大利交战的国家的军队服役。从这个角度讲，意大利的法律已经取消了"伊斯兰国"意大利籍战士的国籍。
荷兰：
荷兰和法国是欧盟国家中唯一两个具体将参与恐怖活动作为取消国籍理由的国家。长时间在海外生活以及获取其它国家国籍也可以成为被取消荷兰国籍的理由。

还有9个国家可以取消那些长时间在海外生活的本国人的国籍。不过比利时、丹麦、西班牙和瑞典在这方面的规定只适用于在海外出生的国民。
根据欧洲议会的统计，有15个欧盟国家允许将"不忠于祖国"作为取消国籍的理由。这其中包括对自己的国家犯下严重罪行（荷兰、比利时、保加利亚和丹麦），做出违反宪法或者反对国家机关的行为（丹麦、爱沙尼亚、法国、拉脱维亚和立陶宛），行为或语言表现出对国家的不忠（塞浦路斯、马耳他和爱尔兰），做出有损国家利益的行为（法国、希腊、罗马尼亚、斯洛文尼亚和英国）。
