根據美國FDA，moderna的EUA發行是12/18

但是根據moderna官網

三期試驗的正式發表是12/31
而你貼的新聞裡也有這麼一段：
Phase 3 Trial Makeup
The ongoing randomized, stratified, observer-blind, placebo- controlled study has included 30,351 participants...
"on going" ，就是寫新聞的時候試驗還沒完全結束
moderna申請FDA用的是期中報告，這並不是正式結案報告
也就是說三期正式結案和拿到EUA是兩件事
無論三期有沒有正式結案，在緊急情況下只要你有樣本數量夠大的試驗報告就可以申請EUA
