输出能量大于输入能量前些年就实现了，持续时间太短并没有什么用处。而且只是输出的能量大于power激光所需要的输入，并不是真正的总能量输入（后者比前者大得多）。近些年可控核聚变的新闻时不时就蹦出来，每个都说自己是breakthrough，最后却并没有什么用。可能是这些科学家想赶紧弄出点公众效应，然后去nsf，dod，darpa多整点钱吧
