向國家中央智囊團建議: 創建全世界獨一無二的治國體系，由曆史(25%.不會重走錯誤道路)/法律(35%,任何決策不會違憲)/經濟(40%,提高人民生活水平)教授團隊作國家決策(其成員意見是來自各大學教授們的共識)，取代人大代表或囯會！因不論一黨或多黨專政，權力引起很大不公平(貪腐)。地方執行是由當地人信服的當地人做(如學生選班長一樣)! 在此同時提高國人共贏教育！這才是真正國富民強的治國方法!!
I suggest that we should create a system of governance in the world that consists 25% of historians (so that we will be able to learn from our past), 35% of lawyers (decisions that are made are lawful and constitutional) and 40% economists (to improve economy of resources, goods and services). This team of professionals will make national decisions rather than the current Congress which is clouded by corruption. Implementation of law should be agreed upon by the whole population. This will improve education as well as propel a country to become rich and strong!
