新品葱能不能采用The Pirate Bay的模式以保证存续

这个问题我在膜乎关闭之前问过：如何保证膜乎的存续。
 
问一下建站者们，新品葱能不能像thepiratebay一样，公开分享网站数据，毕竟老品葱和膜乎被封以后，大量数据丢失。关于TPB做法，可参照 Why The Pirate Bay can't be shut down：

• Almost immediately after being shut down this last December, other torrent sites started sharing the building blocks that make up The Pirate Bay, and vitally, they shared the database, making it possible for other people around the world to create their own version of TPB. 

当时The Pirate Bay是在公司被端，服务器被收缴以后才把这些数据再上传出来的，但那时他们的相关人员都没有受到什么限制。运营品葱不一样，如果被盯上，后果比TPB封站时严重得多，未雨绸缪上传数据会比较好，谢谢。
