应该没什么口头交易。都是各说各话去的。互相祝贺对方位置稳了。重点应该是后继跟进。预测后继不会有什么改变。美国不可能自己打脸放松芯片技术出口。关税倒是有可能当成筹码。中国承诺什么反正也没人信。还会继续拿环保当筹码。
