十分正常，窝佬历史记忆比较好，记得当年桂枝和西方还在蜜月期的时候。plan去法国交流访问，当年法国看出桂枝有搞行母的野心，就委婉的提醒桂枝，制海权是靠制空权没毛病，但是制电磁权最重要。
