只需要断供就行了。
通常外交语句下只要强调不会给俄罗斯情报就行了，但这个绝字跟包子说它一贯支持民营企业的“一贯”有异曲同工之妙，川普国现在无比希望乌克兰遭遇惨败可俄罗斯又是个自己支棱不起来的货色，所以川普国会干什么事就不言而喻了。

然后当着记者的面给出了一个100%否定的答案
然后你们在这边解读出了人家压根就没有的意思
