美國不少州有印第安保留地,不受州政府管轄。例如保留地可以開賭場即使州不能。印第安人被強制遷入。

老实说，印第安人属地和加沙根本不能比，人家在法律上是domestic dependent nations，拥有除外交和军事外的主权，根本就是国中之国。
上个月有几个没长眼睛的环保主义者跑去部落属地里面拦马路，部落警察开着车直接就创过去了，最后环保分子被全员逮捕，也没人敢起诉部落警察涉嫌谋杀什么的。。。。
