这么愚蠢的发言，一看就知道你是没有做过我们党的干部。户口+粮票制度是地球上成本最低的治民之术。我支目前的维稳成本这么高，完全是因为胡乱邦和赵紫阳瞎搞什么鸡8市场经济，把粮票制度废除了（幸好没有把户口制度也废除掉）。若是本腊来管理，给普通巴（勒斯坦）人一个月30斤粮票，阿拉伯复兴党党员40斤，月底再加一条香烟两斤牛肉，公社书记50斤粮票，两条香烟5斤牛肉，保管巴人被治得服服帖帖的，饿到吃树皮也不会造反。
