I’m also hoping them staying neutral as well, but their nature tells me that they would definitely joint force with CCP once their glorify territorial prosperity is at danger of separating apart. So best way to do is hoping CCP strikes on them and the completely breakdown between them to the point of no way of turning back, once the war between them started all we need is to isolated them until they reach the blink of annihilation by CCP. Then you folks raise the resistance all over the place in China and declare independence in every region while they are busy killing each others. That way we can finally end the loop of the madness that had last for centuries.
