美国明尼苏达州发生“定点枪击事件”，一名假扮警察的男子暗杀了一名民主党州议员和她的丈夫，州长说这是“有针对性的政治暴力事件”。官员们说，袭击者还枪击了另一名民主党议员及妻子。
明尼苏达州州长蒂姆·沃尔兹星期六（6月14日）说，遇难的是州议员梅丽莎·霍特曼（Melissa Hortman）和她的丈夫马克。他补充说，另一名遇袭的州议员约翰·霍夫曼（John Hoffman）和他的妻子在手术后逐渐康复。
沃尔兹说，在明尼阿波利斯附近两个城镇的议员住所发生的袭击“似乎是出于政治动机的暗杀”。
枪击事件发生在明尼阿波利斯附近的两个相邻城市钱普林（Champlin）和布鲁克林公园（Brooklyn Park）。警方称，嫌疑人冒充警察，并在与警察交火后逃脱。
当局正在搜寻这名袭击者，他在警察抵达其中一名议员的住所时向他们开枪。明尼苏达州布鲁克林公园警察局局长马克·布鲁利说，枪手的车辆中有一份宣言和一份目标名单，上面列出了包括两名被枪击议员在内的个人姓名。

REPORT: Shortly before Minnesota Rep. Melissa Hortman was shot and k*lled, she broke down in tears in front of cameras after siding with Republicans.
Hortman was the lone Democrat who voted to cut health care access for adult illegal immigrants.
"I did what leaders do... I stepped up and I got the job done for the people of Minnesota."
Hortman and her husband were k*lled shortly after this video was taken in their home. Police believe it was politically motivated.
