nationwide injunction被禁的后果，举个例子：川普颁布一个行政命令说所有在美华人都是中国间谍，要关进集中营。某些在美华人（或者蓝州政府代表当地华人）提起诉讼，说这个行政命令违宪，如果地方法院判定相关行政命令违宪，那么仅仅只有原告（华人原告们或者提起诉讼的蓝州里的华人）才会被放出来，剩下的会被继续关着。当然，在美华人也可以提前集体诉讼，或者将官司一直打到最高法院，但是两者花的时间将更久，程序也更加复杂。
