在没有这头牛的情况下，觉得这个提议和之前的“中国人不是坏人，中共才是”的宣传比较，又更激进了些，稍微...
你說的光是中共官員跟家人列入黑名單，還有簽證持有者邊檢檢查看結果，這兩個工作量可是比一刀切的工作還多.....
還不如直接一刀切，之後再次申請的時候再進行調查還比較方便。
