这种事情本来就可大可小，年年流感死的人比起这个怎么样？但不要说第三世界，就是第一世界，有多少普通人真的把流感当个事的？想要借题发挥的时候，就发挥一下，借机打一场战争，烧一烧前些年吃饱了撑了造出来的没用东西（但是与此同时反而印了更多收不回来的纸钱，所以问题不仅没有解决，反而更严重，我不认为他们能控制住，最后还是要靠真正的战争清除软弱和泡沫）
