正常，在野党鸡蛋挑骨头，成功上台了，并不一定比之前的政府更有力。
PS，武肺对川普来说是突发状况，应对不力是可以理解的。拜登至少有1年时间了解武肺的各种情报，有川普研发疫苗的遗产，还没有措施应对武肺，那至少在武肺上，拜登是比不上川普的。
