如果此新闻为真，那就是包子玩数字游戏走火入魔了。江胡时代和包子上台早期统计局编GDP数字还不会偏离实际情况太远——一些西方经济学家估计那个时候中国公布的GDP增长率比实际增长率高2-3个百分点；7-8%吹到10%虽然是掺水，但还不算太离谱。GDP增长确实是匪共执政合法性的一个重要支柱，但要吹GDP增长率，至少得是增长才行，2018年以后GDP极有可能已经停滞甚至是负增长，这种情况下包子还要吹5-6%就是指鹿为马了。我猜包子的梁家河粪坑脑袋大概是以为编一个GDP增长率所有人就都会相信GDP确实是在增长了——跟勃列日涅夫坐火车差不多。
