6,70年代的房子不算老 美国很多地方上百年的老房子都多得很
日本的一户建,大部分都是木头建造的,雨水多,寿命是有限的,正常情况,每隔一段时间需要翻新,更换基础部分等,除了很穷的人家没钱,所以有超级改造王这种节目。而且新一代的和老一代的建筑外观差不多,功能性差别很大,保暖性更强,地基更扎实,抗震更强,有点钱当然改造下很好。美国西部空气干燥,建筑保养的好,不需要怎么翻新。
