习近平可以利用公权力做到以下这些事：
1. 强制推销它的书籍，无论政府机关、企事业单位、学校还是宗教场所，上面有要求就必须得组织购买，还得摆在显眼的位置供人参观，连亚马逊都迫于中共的压力禁止了网购专页的差评和评论的功能。
2. 无论是在政府机关、企事业单位、学校还是宗教场所，你都有可能会看到它的照片和画像，或张贴或悬挂。包括在商业繁华地段和高速、地铁以及道路两侧的广告牌上，它的音容笑貌也会映入你的眼帘，堪称挥之不去的梦魇。
3. 每天几乎必定要在《人民日报》的头版头条和《新闻联播》露面，在百度、腾讯、新浪这些网络新闻平台上霸屏，党国的宣传机器全开，对它极尽歌功颂德之能事。在各大互联网平台、社交媒体及网络自媒体上也能发现它的身影，无一不是阿谀逢迎的基调，把它当做头上三尺的那个神明一样崇拜。
4. 它无论走到哪里，哪里就有当地组织的群众演员与它亲密互动，一个个都是奴颜婢膝的模样，大大长大大短的，恨不能当场给它跪下。曾经还有当街喊出万岁意图劝进的，那谄媚的嘴脸令人作呕。
5. 全体党员必须安装学习强国应用，每日学习答题获得积分，如果积分不达标就会受到督导和教育，还有各种隐性处罚，屡教不改者升职和提干无望，通过科技手段刷分将受到党纪国法的处分。总之就是强迫党员时刻向习核心看齐，忠诚于它，坚决拥护它的领导。
其实还有，我暂时只能想到这些，就先罗列这么多吧。以上所述事项川普能做到的就是自掏腰包给自己出出书打打广告，上电视媒体做做节目，而美国老百姓愿意花钱购票入场参加他的政治集会和竞选募款的活动正说明他们是发自内心地尊敬和爱戴他们心中的领袖。
因为川普关于让美国再次伟大的竞选口号道出了他们的心声，施政方略代表了他们的政治诉求。这绝对不是个人崇拜，因为要实现个人崇拜必然要利用恐惧扭曲全体人民的内心，让他们说言不由衷的话，做心口不一的事。

希望台湾能成为一个健康的民主国家，两党制其实是很危险的，固定两家分蛋糕的话台下勾兑自是难免，美国的建国先贤也担心过这个问题。然而利益使然，美国还是不可避免地走上了这条道路，于是就有了大选夜及后续一系列不可描述的情况。
不过以台湾的体量玩多党制的话三党制已经是极限，当然前提是三党在人力、物力这些可调配的资源上接近均势，像柯文哲的民众党这种陪跑党是不行的，最好还能引入两轮投票制，期待台湾能有实现的那一天。

应该全部引进两轮投票制，不能用简单多数的方式来选举，不能出现一个票数根本没有过半的候选人却可以当选。比如王丹、魏京生和习近平选总统，习近平拿了40%的票，王丹25%，魏京生35%。王丹和魏京生的支持者不可能把票投给共产党，如果把王丹和魏京生的得票加起来是超过习近平的，但却由于民运阵营的分裂，而导致习近平当选了，钻了空子。但如果是二轮投票制度，王丹就会被淘汰，第二轮投票的时候，王丹的支持者不可能投给习近平，肯定会把票转投给魏京生的，魏京生就当选了。

去年的今日，华府爆发了一桩可耻的事件，一桩威胁到美国民主制度的事件，一桩其恶劣影响将长久延续的事件：那就是把一群暂时占据政府机关的示威者污蔑为恐怖分子。这个污名化对民主的伤害要远大于示威者当日任何行为的总和。（顺便说，我并不同意川普败于舞弊的看法。）
按照污蔑者的定义，如果一群人的行为意图改变政府政策，而其中一些人使用了威胁他人生命的暴力，那么这一群人的行为都是国内恐怖主义行为。主流媒体和社交媒体也愿意把一月六日的抗议者都描绘成恐怖分子。按照这个定义，1989北京、2014基辅、2022阿拉木图的示威都是国内恐怖主义。在2014和2022年示威者也确实被当权者称为恐怖分子。自认为最最反对威权的自由派们满心拥护这个威权主义的恐怖主义定义，是大大的讽刺。

如果民主党执政后能把美国治理得更加的美好和强大，这口气我也咽了，然而事实证明，违背广大人民意愿所组建的政府代表的只会是少数群体的利益，美国今天的乱象就是最好的证明。

虽然如此，哈里斯倒是最有可能成为美国首任女性总统的副总统，从她在2020年美国大选期间迟迟未能辞去参议员的职务，尤其是在J6国会事件之后依然按兵不动来看，这个女人在某些方面还是非常精明的。
她比谁都清楚自己是两党建制派为了扳倒川普而强行推出来与拜登搭档的，因为爱惜羽毛的那些民主党政客都不愿从事这极度不光彩的勾当，何况失败多半是要背锅的，有富贵险中求的意味。

过度追求平等必然扼杀自由，政治正确俨然成为多数人必须为少数人牺牲最冠冕堂皇的借口。然而换到疫苗这件事上，拒绝强制接种的民众如果是多数人，他们的自由就得不到保障；如果是少数人，他们却享受不到左派倡导的那种平等。

我倒是没把那几条tweet和移民问题联系起来。我觉得那个调查说明的是虽然通常被指责支持威权的是右派选民，其实支持威权的心态在左派选民中并不少见，当你选对议题做调查，就能显示这一点。
至于你下面图里这个现象，有一个词可以很好地概括它：anarcho-tyranny. Anarcho-tyranny是一种治理方式，它包含了anarchy的成分，因为政府拒绝对自己青睐的犯法者执法，任由他们践踏一些社会规范。它又是tyranny，因为政府同时对良善公民严格执行压迫性的法规。除了图中的例子之外，其他的例子比如前年夏季种族暴乱期间，一些地方政府不但允许毫无social distancing的集体抗议，还坐视打砸抢烧不加干涉，而守法公民在餐厅里吃个饭都不可以。

Transit crime incidents rose 75.2%, from 113 to 198.

虽然谷歌是一家高科技企业，但它也是一家上市的商业公司，必须要考虑盈利的问题，为广大股民奉上喜人的财报。谷歌在收购油管后，花了好几年的时间才在用户体验、版权保护、广告商需求和自身盈利四者之间找到了一个比较平衡的运营模式，而盈利的手段无非是广告收入、付费点播和会员抽成，其中广告收入无疑是最大头。
因而它必须要讨好金主，也就是那些广告商，这里头就有很多来自中国的企业和公司。我相信在中共越来越露出狰狞面目的当下，它们不可能不成为中共利用来收买西方政商两界的工具，即便是在油管投放广告，也可以成为中共打击海外反共势力的武器。油管迫于营收的压力只能屈服，把个人上传视频的审查业务分包给新加坡的Cletive公司只怕也有中共幕后操控的影子，毕竟在该公司负责中文视频的内容审查后有诸多政论频道的节目被打上黄标，而油管的AI审核也经常作妖，曾经就有包含共匪、五毛这些词的评论发不出去。
另外不知道品葱有多少人注意到NBA中锋坎特的境遇，在凯尔特人把他交易到火箭队后，人就旋即被火箭队给裁掉，目前处于失业状态。面对当下这个局面，我感到心痛更感到愤怒，对于那些支持美国民主党的葱友，我就问一句，“你们觉得现在言论是更自由了还是更不自由了呢？”套用大家都耳熟能详的一句很阴阳怪气的话来说就是，“这盛世如你所愿？”
最后对关注加拿大卡车司机的葱友说声抱歉，接下来我比较忙，会没什么时间上品葱，专帖的更新可能就此停止，毕竟这要占用我大量的时间和精力，何况本就纯属我的自娱自乐。但加拿大的这场政治博弈意义非常重大，关系到自由世界的未来，而由此产生的蝴蝶效应将波及到方方面面，会影响到油管对待反共自媒体的态度也说不定。所以其实我是非常希望有人能接力更新下去的，不过现在做实事的人太少了，故我无比怀念过去的美好时光，网上有那么多人用爱发电，特别是在游戏论坛写攻略的人。

A majority of American voters say that Russian President Vladimir Putin would not have invaded Ukraine had former President Trump still been in office, according to a new survey released on Friday.
A new Harvard Center for American Political Studies (CAPS)-Harris Poll survey released Friday found that 62 percent of those polled believed Putin would not be moving against Ukraine if Trump had been president. When looking strictly at the answers of Democrats and Republicans, 85 percent of Republicans and 38 percent of Democrats answered this way.
However, 38 percent of all Americans polled believed that Putin would have invaded Ukraine even if Trump had been president.
A majority of Americans polled — 59 percent — also said they believed that the Russian president moved on Ukraine because Putin saw weakness in President Biden, while 41 percent said that it was not a factor in Putin’s decision to invade Ukraine.

这类口误再怎么澄清也没用。在克里姆林看来拜登的话毫无疑问地证实了他们长久的信念：美国在乌克兰搞政权更迭，目的是最终在俄罗斯搞同样的事，因此乌克兰战争是克里姆林的生死之战，必须痛下杀手。最强硬的鹰派路线从拜登那里获得了意想不到的支持。演讲结束时这短短的一句话可能让战争更加漫长，让更多乌克兰人搭上性命。

“American officials are divided on how much the lessons from Cold War proxy wars, like the Soviet Union’s war in Afghanistan, can be applied to the ongoing war in Ukraine,” David Sanger reported for the New York Times on Saturday.
According to Sanger, who cannot have written his piece without high-level sources, the Biden administration “seeks to help Ukraine lock Russia in a quagmire without inciting a broader conflict with a nuclear-armed adversary or cutting off potential paths to de-escalation … CIA officers are helping to ensure that crates of weapons are delivered into the hands of vetted Ukrainian military units, according to American officials. But as of now, Mr. Biden and his staff do not see the utility of an expansive covert effort to use the spy agency to ferry in arms as the United States did in Afghanistan against the Soviet Union during the 1980s.”
Reading this carefully, I conclude that the U.S. intends to keep this war going. The administration will continue to supply the Ukrainians with anti-aircraft Stingers, antitank Javelins and explosive Switchblade drones. It will keep trying to persuade other North Atlantic Treaty Organization governments to supply heavier defensive weaponry. (The latest U.S. proposal is for Turkey to provide Ukraine with the sophisticated S-400 anti-aircraft system, which Ankara purchased from Moscow just a few years ago. I expect it to go the way of the scuttled plan for Polish MiG fighters.) Washington will revert to the Afghanistan-after-1979 playbook of supplying an insurgency only if the Ukrainian government loses the conventional war.
I have evidence from other sources to corroborate this. “The only end game now,” a senior administration official was heard to say at a private event earlier this month, “is the end of Putin regime. Until then, all the time Putin stays, [Russia] will be a pariah state that will never be welcomed back into the community of nations. China has made a huge error in thinking Putin will get away with it. Seeing Russia get cut off will not look like a good vector and they’ll have to re-evaluate the Sino-Russia axis. All this is to say that democracy and the West may well look back on this as a pivotal strengthening moment.”
I gather that senior British figures are talking in similar terms. There is a belief that “the U.K.’s No. 1 option is for the conflict to be extended and thereby bleed Putin.” Again and again, I hear such language. It helps explain, among other things, the lack of any diplomatic effort by the U.S. to secure a cease-fire. It also explains the readiness of President Joe Biden to call Putin a war criminal.
Now, I may be too pessimistic. I would very much like to share Francis Fukuyama’s optimism that “Russia is heading for an outright defeat in Ukraine.” Here is his bold prediction from March 10 (also here):
The collapse of their position could be sudden and catastrophic, rather than happening slowly through a war of attrition. The army in the field will reach a point where it can neither be supplied nor withdrawn, and morale will vaporize. … Putin will not survive the defeat of his army … A Russian defeat will make possible a “new birth of freedom,” and get us out of our funk about the declining state of global democracy. The spirit of 1989 will live on, thanks to a bunch of brave Ukrainians.

The Federal Election Commission has fined both Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee for lying about how they spent money used to fund the now-debunked Steele dossier on former President Donald Trump.
The Clinton campaign and the DNC will be forced to pay $8,000 and $105,000 respectively for mislabeling payments that ultimately went to Fusion GPS, the consulting firm that commissioned the dossier, according to FEC documents viewed by the Post.
