Constitution of the Chinese Federation of States
Section I:
Article[I]
The name of this Federation shall be “The Chinese Federation of States”
Article[II]
Each Individual State has the right to secede from the Chinese Federation of States by the decision of its State Legislature, or by that of a Convention in the State thereof.
Article[III]
The right of the Individual and the property thereof to exempt Itself from the sovereign and jurisdiction of the State(s) and those of the Chinese Federation of States shall not be infringed.
Article [IV]
All powers of government shall be vested in a Congress of the Chinese Federation of States.
Article[V]
No amendment(s) shall be made to this Constitution

第一节：
- 该联邦的名称定为 “中华联邦”。
- 每个国家均有权根据其国家立法机关的决定或该国家的一个国民大会从中华联邦退出。
- 个人及其财产免于国家和中华联邦的主权和司法管辖权的权利不得侵犯。
- 中华联邦的的所有权力均属于中华联邦国会。
- 本宪法不可被进行任何修改。
