突发！！！世贸组织专家小组表示，美国对中国征收的关税缺乏依据！
北京时间2020年9月15日22时，美联社报道，世界贸易组织表示，根据该组织的规则，美国政府对价值超过2000亿美元的中国商品征收的关税是没有依据的。

我自己的分析，世贸这个举动有两个方面考虑：
一个是维护自己组织的权威性，拒绝成员国间绕过自己单方面进行贸易制裁；
一个是中国目前所能给出的利益较大，无论是明面上的经贸方面的让利，还是暗地里的贿赂，都非常可观。
但是世贸其实是错的。
其一，对于规则破坏者的中国，美国不是没有尝试过在世贸框架内提出诉讼，但完全没有效果，世贸在中国贸易问题上已然丧失了其权威性，这点在世卫组织和联合国人权理事会这两个组织方面尤为明显。
其二，对于规则破坏者的中国，在长远角度上来看，对世界自由贸易是有相当破坏力的，在这点上世贸成了睁眼瞎，不得不说是一件非常遗憾的事情。
