8. "capitalizing on the suffering of others" - price gouging is good, increased prices allocates the scare resources to people who need them the most, sends signal to producer to produce more.
9. competition between employer sets the optimum wage.
10. competition between producers decrease prices and induces innovation. Making profit is what produces more goods and increases the quality of said goods.
11. Rising housing prices - zoning laws, rent control, regulations on levels - caused by
government
12. jobs - voluntary contracts. (government: minimum wage laws, unions, taxes)

Hoarding: the rich invests in companies, stocks, factories(capital), reinvesting and expanding their own business, Liquidity for emergency operations(such as diverting production in the event of an pandemic, though most of the time they use their assets in the other areas to just borrow money from the bank)
