If you're using such term to describe people with some bad mentality or cultural wickedness, it's completely fine. But I don't like it when anyone is blamed by race or ethnicity, that sucks. I'm not saying you're doing this, it's just what I care about.
I spent the beginning part of my life living in a racist environment, that is China, which is why I go serious when it comes to such topic, and I hope you can forgive me on this.
